ABOUT ME

I’m Thaís Kremer

a Product Lead with 10+ years of experience,

building and scaling B2B SaaS products in high‑complexity environments across Europe and North America.

My experience spans design, consulting, strategy, and product leadership. A combination that allows me to operate effectively in industries defined by technical depth, organizational complexity, and cross‑functional dependencies.

I’ve worked in digital health, Energy, retail, and consulting, consistently driving clarity, structure, and impact.

My work includes redefining P&Ls, shaping product strategies, leading AI/ML initiatives, and aligning teams around shared outcomes.

Originally from Brazil and now based in Germany, I bring a global perspective and a structured, systems‑oriented approach to product leadership.

MY EXPERTISE

1.Context reading and communication

No company operates in a perfect state, and real leadership starts by acknowledging that. Too often, leaders show up with pre‑packaged solutions and try to force them into environments that simply aren’t ready for them. I love frameworks and structure, but I treat them as living systems. It’s never a copy‑and‑paste exercise. You need understand where the Team is and how much change it can realistically absorb.

Communication is what holds all of this together. My strength is reading the environment, capturing the dynamics at play, and adjusting the message, the pace, and the structure so that frameworks become enablers, not constraints.

2.AI/Machine learning that makes sense

AI as an ongoing dialogue between technology, ethics, and human impact. Before thinking about models, I focus on purpose, trust, and governance. I avoid trends for the sake of trends. I deliver AI/ML products that solve real problems without adding unnecessary complexity.

3.SaaS, B2B and complex industries

I build and scale SaaS B2B products in traditional and heavily regulated industries, where stakeholder needs are complex, and decision cycles are long. These environments often involve legacy systems, strict compliance requirements, and user groups with very different technical maturity. I create product strategies that manage this tension: introducing modular architectures, defining clear governance for custom features, and collaborating closely with sales and delivery to ensure we grow without becoming a service shop.

4.Product thinking beyond one dimension

I come from a very diverse product background. I’ve been hands‑on across business, UX design,  data, strategy, and tech. This mix shaped how I think about product: not as a single discipline, but as the balance between many. The market is full of professionals who operate in just one dimension, but real product work is holistic. It means understanding users, technology, business, and delivery with the same level of respect. Make decisions that consider the whole system not just one angle.
