My experience spans design, consulting, strategy, and product leadership. A combination that allows me to operate effectively in industries defined by technical depth, organizational complexity, and cross‑functional dependencies.

I’ve worked in digital health, Energy, retail, and consulting, consistently driving clarity, structure, and impact.

My work includes redefining P&Ls, shaping product strategies, leading AI/ML initiatives, and aligning teams around shared outcomes.

I look at how people work, where information breaks and what the team can actually absorb. From there, I design patterns, rituals and decision structures that scale , the kind that turn individual effort into something the whole organization can carry.
