Most environments are imperfect, political or simply not ready for the solutions people try to impose on them. Scaling a product starts with reading that reality. I look at how people work, where information breaks and what the team can actually absorb. From there, I design patterns, rituals and decision structures that scale , the kind that turn individual effort into something the whole organization can carry.
